LOUVERED SHUTTERS
Louvered shutters are a classic and versatile option for exterior windows that can suit different architectural styles and climates. Pine Belt Millworks is a company that specializes in building custom louvered shutters using Spanish cedar, a premium wood that has many benefits for outdoor use.
Spanish cedar is a hardwood that grows in Central and South America. It has a reddish-brown color and a pleasant aroma that repels insects and moths. It is also resistant to rot, decay, and warping, making it ideal for humid and coastal environments. Spanish cedar has a fine and straight grain that can be easily carved and shaped into different designs.
Pine Belt Millworks can build louvered shutters using Spanish cedar in various sizes and two different thicknesses. They are 1 1/4” thick and 1 3/4” thick. The louvers are 3/8" thick and 1 3/4" wide, and can be fixed or operable. We can also build other styles of shutters using Spanish cedar, such as Natchez style, raised panel, beaded panel, and V-groove panel. EXTERIOR WOODEN DOORS

We can build four panel doors, beaded panel doors, V-groove panel doors, French doors, and other designs that the customer requests.
